May 6 is National Beverage Day, and we have plenty of fun places to celebrate here in Michiana! From craft breweries and wineries to local coffee roasters and tea shops, these are some of our real estate agents' favorite spots to enjoy a unique libation around South Bend and St. Joseph.

  1. A Roaster Called Revenant - 231 S. Michigan St., South Bend, IN 46601
A Roaster Called Revenant makes some of the best coffee in the region. Taking a cue from craft cocktail culture, the folks at Revenant bring wild creativity and scientific precision to their coffee, which is roasted at their coffee lab right here in South Bend. Try a pour-over or grab some beans to go; the roaster is just minutes from these South Bend homes for sale.

  2. Icy Bar Bubble Tea - 6501 Grape Road, Mishawaka, IN 46545
Bubble tea has exploded in popularity in the U.S. over the last decade and a half, and Ice Bar Bubble Tea is one of the best places to get it in our neck of the woods. Located at the University Park Mall not far from these Mishawaka homes for sale, Ice Bar offers bubble tea in a broad spectrum of tempting flavors, along with other beverages like iced tea, smoothies, and slushies.

  3. Studebaker Brewing Co. - 620 W. Washington St., South Bend, IN 46601
A craft brewery located inside a historic stone mansion? Sign us up! Craft ales, lagers, and stouts are brewed onsite at Studebaker Brewing Co., a charming local brewery with a luxurious taproom inside the Tippacanoe Place Studebaker Mansion. Between the top-notch brews and the sumptuous Gilded Age ambiance, visiting Studebaker Brewing is a must when you're in South Bend.

  4. The Tea Annex - 301 Main St., St. Joseph, MI 49085
When it's tea time in St. Joseph, head straight to The Tea Annex, a charming tea house inside the St. Joseph Market. Walkable from many St. Joseph homes for sale, The Tea Annex serves dozens of tea varieties of exceptional quality from around the world. Grab a quick cup to go or sit and enjoy a pot with friends to savor this excellent tea at a slower pace.

  5. Iron Hand Vineyard - 1025 Northside Blvd., South Bend, IN 46615
A small winery in the St. Joseph River Valley, Iron Hand Vineyard produces just 4,000 bottles per year, which makes each one special. Iron Hand Vineyard grows classic European grape varietals as well as American hybrids on their expansive property, and the results are served in the buzzing Iron Hand Wine Bar in South Bend.

  6. Hammer & Quill - 613 E. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, IN 46617
Whatever your adult beverage of choice may be, you'll find it at Hammer & Quill.
