    Most people take time away from house-hunting in late November and December to enjoy the holidays, which creates a perfect low-stress opportunity for home buying. Inventory is typically lower this time of year, allowing you to compare homes without feeling overwhelmed by the number of choices. When you find your dream home, the seller is more likely to accept your offer. There's also less of a chance you'll end up in the middle of a stressful bidding war.
