I appreciated her optimism in light of the findings in the buyer's inspection report and the worsening housing climate. I felt she was very knowledgeable and was a good sounding board when determining the asking price. It was a stressful process for me since we had two offers back out with no explanation. Christine knew the unique factors of the Near Northwest Neighborhood, as well as old homes generally, and utilized her network to support both preparing the home and bringing the perfect buyer to the table. The out of state buyers made an offer based on Christine's excellent and thorough video - mentioning at the walk-through that it was exactly what they expected based on the vidoeo! I cannot say enough good things about Christine Tioratta as a human being you can trust, and a business professional who will conaider your best interest in a way that in my experience is not to be expected of all realtors or their agencies.
